I have a query regarding a mobile trader that regularly trades in Thurrock for a number of hours next to the blue food bus on eastern Ave selling vapes.
Trades under the name of Biff Boff Vapes LTD. Can I please enquire under the freedom of information act whether they have a valid licence to trade in Thurrock and that as its mobile can only trade for up to one hour at any one site?
Response:
That business does not hold a Street Trading consent with Thurrock. The duration of trading at the location would depend on whether a mobile or static consent was applied for and granted.
