Bus users in Thurrock are welcome to join the Bus Users Group. It is a regular meeting of:
- residents
- bus operators
- the councillor responsible for transport
- local ward councillors
- council officers
The group works to make Thurrock’s bus services safe, pleasant and satisfying. It discusses:
- requests for more bus stops or shelters
- changes to timetables and routes
- other bus service matters
