(i) a written policy relating to the use of Section 20 Children Act 1989 voluntary agreements with parents and others with parental responsibility;
(ii) written guidance for social workers in the authority about the use of Section 20 voluntary agreements with parents and others with parental responsibility;
(iii) any local or national guidance, protocols or other material that you use in your authority when preparing or working with families under Section 20 voluntary agreements;
(iiii) a template form of written agreement for parents regarding entering into a Section 20 voluntary arrangement;
(iiiii) written information provided to parents or others with parental responsibility when a Section 20 voluntary agreement is being considered.
