If yes, please provide their pay scale.  – we have senior practitioner occupational therapists Grade F -  adults

If yes, please provide their pay scale – The role of PSW absorbed into a wider Head of Service role – this is the case for both Adult’s Services and Children’s Services.

The POT role covers a team manager function with Adult Social Care and service lead for OT services (inclusive of Integrated Community Equipment Loan Services), Sensory Services, Disabled facilities Grant Services and Tech Enabled Care Services.

The Principal Social Worker is the Head of Social Work Support, Adult Social Care. Linking in with senior leadership and workforce to improve and provide excellent practice to the residents in line with legislative requirements, national and local policies, statutory guidance and the council’s transformation programme.
