Make a complaint about a gambling premises

If you are affected by or have a complaint about a licensed premises, contact our licensing team.

In order for us to deal with you complaint effectively you will need to supply us with:

  • your name and contact phone number
  • details of the premises you wish to complain about
  • details of what your complaint or problem is

All complaints are dealt with in the strictest confidence and your details will not be released, but are required for us to contact you for further details.

Review of the licence

At any stage, following the grant of a premises licence, you may ask us to review the licence because of a matter arising at the premises in connection with any of the following licensing objectives:

  • preventing gambling from being a source of crime or disorder, being associated with crime or disorder, or being used to support crime
  • ensuring that gambling is conducted in a fair and open way
  • protecting children and other vulnerable people from being harmed or exploited by gambling
