Eating a balanced diet can help prevent illness, give you more energy, and help you feel your best. Our Health Trainers can guide you through trusted tools and resources to make healthier choices. 

Step 1: Learn what a balanced diet looks like 

We use NHS-approved resources like the Eatwell Guide to show you the main food groups and how they can benefit your health. 

Step 2: Make a plan 

If you’d like to lose weight, our Health Trainers can help you build a safe and effective plan. You can also use the free NHS Weight Loss Plan to get started with healthier eating and more activity.
