Trading with us online
Suppliers trading with Thurrock Council must use our online Supplier Portal, which is hosted within Oracle Fusion Cloud.
We recommend accessing the portal using a modern web browser such as Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, or Mozilla Firefox on a desktop or laptop computer for the best experience.
The Supplier Portal enables you to:
- manage your supplier profile and contact information
- view purchase orders issued by Thurrock Council
- submit and manage invoices online
- track invoice and payment status
- review transaction history
- receive faster processing through electronic transactions
- reduce administration costs through paperless trading
The Oracle Fusion Supplier Portal provides a secure and efficient way to manage your business with Thurrock Council. If your organisation already uses Oracle Fusion with other customers, your Thurrock Council supplier account remains separate and secure.
All suppliers are expected to use the Supplier Portal when trading with Thurrock Council. Where electronic invoicing is available through the portal, suppliers should submit invoices online to support efficient processing and payment.
