Grays Library open.
Grays Library is open today but there is no access via the Cromwell Road entrance. The Library may be slightly colder than usual as we carry out the remaining repairs to the heating.
Ordering and renewing library items
Renewing items
You can renew your books, films and music by logging-in to your library account.
Library catalogue – select 'Log In' option
Enter your library card number and PIN.
You can also renew items by phone or in person at any Thurrock library.
If you renew CDs and DVDs there will be an additional hire charge.
You may not be able to renew an item if:
- the item has been requested by another person
- you have renewed the item 10 times
