We maintain over 23,000 street lights in Thurrock, including zebra crossings, subways lights, road signs and bollards.
You can a report a street light problem online. Please give the exact location and – if possible – the street light number, which you can find on a large sticker on the column.

Simply zoom-in on the map of Thurrock and – if the problem hasn't been reported already – make a new report using the map to show us where the problem is. Tell us as much as you can about the problem to help us investigate. You can check back later for progress updates.
How long it takes to repair a fault
We inspect street lights within 6 working days of a fault being reported. The number of days needed to complete a repair will depend on the type of fault.
