You apply to buy your home by completing an application form either online or downloaded from the government's website.
We will write back to you within 4 weeks, or 8 weeks if you have had tenancies with other landlords during your qualifying period.
We will tell you if we approve your application, giving you an explanation if we do not approve it.
If you have the right to buy, we will arrange to have the property valued. Then we send you an offer of sale which includes the price and some information about the service charges that you will have to pay once you buy.
