Club machine and gaming permits
Member’s clubs can apply for a club machine permit which will allow them to provide up to 3 machines of categories B3A, B4, C or D. Commercial clubs can apply for this type of permit but they cannot provide category B3A machines.
Club gaming and club machine permits are issued for a period of ten years
The fee for each of these permits is £200. The fee for holders of club premises certificates under the Licensing Act 2003 is £100. There is an annual fee of £50.
