People who can help you
Your carer and social worker are not the only people you can turn to for support when you need it. There are other people who are there for you, including:
You do not have to speak with them, but they are there if you need them.

All of the services they offer are voluntary – you do not have to take part. They work with children and young people aged between 8 and 25 who are, or have been, in care. You can also speak to your carer or social worker.
