Local authority national type approval confederation (LANTAC)
LANTAC for new homes and commercial buildings creates fast-track routes through regulatory procedures for standard buildings, modular buildings or building systems.
Type approvals are accepted for:
- house types
- commercial and industrial type approvals
- fitting-out type approvals
- system type approvals
Type approvals can be agreed for use throughout England and Wales
