After completion
Sometimes things break or go wrong after the works have finished in your home.
Your contractor is liable for up to 12 months – depending on the type of repair needed – and has to put things right. This type of repair is called a 'defect' repair.
If you need a defect repair in your new kitchen, bathroom, or with other works, you should report it to us as you would for a normal repair. We will ask your contractor to contact you and carry out any necessary repairs.
