From 2 October 2023, due to high demand and a long waiting list for garages, we have temporarily closed the waiting list and are not accepting new applications. We apologise for any inconvenience, and will update this notice when the waiting list reopens. If we received an application from you before 2 October 2023, we will continue processing it and will contact you in due course.
If you wish to end your garage rental agreement, you must give 4 weeks' notice in writing.

Garage rent termination notice
Your garage termination will not be processed until we have received your garage keys.
You can return the keys either:
You must make sure the garage is empty and clean when it is returned to us.
If you are ending a garage plot agreement, you must remove any structures on the plot.
If you leave any belongings or rubbish at the garage or plot, we may charge you for them to be removed. We have no liability to store your belongings once your contract has ended.
