Agency spending
Where necessary, we hire workers from recruitment agencies to work alongside our permanent employees and staff on contract or internally-pooled.
Use of recruitment agency staff is managed so we can keep costs as low as possible.
We are working to reduce the amount we spend on agency staff across all services. Spending is monitored monthly at internal board meetings, and scrutinised every 3 months by directors.
