Choosing to foster is one of the most important decisions you will ever make

We're looking for new or experienced foster carers

We urgently need foster carers who can offer a home to siblings, giving them a chance to stay together. You don't have to be living in the borough. If you think you could provide a home for siblings, please let us know you’re interested in fostering.

Information evenings and weekends – see a presentation on the steps to becoming a carer and hear from current carers to find out what fostering for Thurrock is really like. Presentations begin 15 minutes after the start times:

  • Saturday 29 February, 10am to midday, The Backstage Centre, Vellacott Close, Purfleet, RM19 1RJ (no disability access)
  • Wednesday 18 March, 6pm to 8pm, Orsett Hall, Prince Charles Avenue, Orsett, RM16 3HS

Drop-in and meet the team – join us for an informal chat:

    supporting LGBT+ Fostering and Adoption Week, 2-8 March 2020 – enquiries from LGBT+ warmly welcomed
