How to pay your rent and charges

There are a number of easy ways to pay your rent.

Pay by direct debit or standing order

You can set up a direct debit to pay your rent from your bank account every month. You can choose to pay on either the 1st, 7th, 15th or 24th of the month. Send your completed direct debit form to the address on the form.

You can also set up a standing order – you must send the form below to your bank, not to us.

Pay online

You can pay online using a debit or credit card. You will need to quote your 10-digit rent account number to make an internet payment.

Pay by phone

Call our automated telephone payment service to pay by telephone using a debit or credit card. You will need your 10-digit rent account number.

PayPoint

You can pay by cash at PayPoint outlets across Thurrock. To make a payment, take with you any barcoded letter you've received from us, or your rent payment card, if you have one. Keep the receipt for your records.

We can no longer take payments through Payzone outlets.

Post Office

You can pay by cash, cheque or debit card at any Post Office. Take your rent payment card with you to make a payment. Keep the receipt for your records.

Rent payment cards

We no longer issue rent payment cards.

If you lose or destroy your rent payment, you can continue to make payments using the barcode on letters we send you.
