Making changes to a premises licence
You can apply to make the following changes to your premises licence:
- variation - any change to the licence that is not minor, including changes to the hours, activities or conditions of the licence.
- minor variation - for small changes including removing a licensable activity, reducing the hours you sell alcohol or making small changes to the layout of your premises
- variation of designated premises supervisor - to change the person responsible for the sale of alcohol named on the licence
- consent to be designated premises supervisor - for a person becoming the designated premises supervisor to agree to do so
- transfer of premises licence - to put the licence in the name of another person or company
- consent to transfer a premises licence - to give permission to transfer the licence
- notification of change of name and address - to change the address of the licence holder or designated premises supervisor
- request to be removed as the designated premises supervisor - to remove a person or yourself as the designated premises supervisor
- application for need for a designated premises supervisor to be disapplied - for community premises to apply to no longer require a designated premises supervisor
- interim authority notice - register an interest in a licence following a status change of the licence holder such as death or insolvency
- notification of interest - register your interest in a premises that is subject to a premises licence not held by you
