Payments are currently not being taken correctly for licensing applications submitted through the government's GOV.UK website. When we receive applications submitted via GOV.UK, one of our team will contact you for payment.

Making changes to a premises licence

You can apply to make the changes to your premises licence.

Names, addresses and phone numbers

Use the form below to tell us if the name of the licensed premises has changed. You can also use it to tell us if the current premises licence holder, personal licence holder or designated premises supervisor has changed their name – for example, by marriage – or their address or phone number.

Do not use this form to put the premises licence in the name of a different person or company.

GOV.UK: Application to vary a premises licence For any change to a premises licence that is not minor, including changes to the hours, activities or conditions of the licence.
GOV.UK: Application for a minor variation to a premises licence For small changes to a premises licence, including removing a licensable activity, reducing the hours you sell alcohol or making small changes to the layout of your premises.
GOV.UK: Application to transfer premises licence To put the premises licence in the name of another person or company.
GOV.UK: Consent to transfer a premises licence To give permission to transfer the premises licence.
GOV.UK: Interim authority notice To register an interest in a premises licence following a status change of the licence holder, such as death or insolvency.
GOV.UK: Notification of an interest in premises To register your interest in a premises that is subject to a premises licence not held by you.
