Payment of licensing fees via GOV.UK

Payments are currently not being taken correctly for licensing applications submitted through the government's GOV.UK website. When we receive applications submitted via GOV.UK, one of our team will contact you for payment.

Requirements for premises licence floor plans

Your plan must be drawn to a scale of 1:100 and show:

  • the boundary of the building, including external and internal walls etc
  • the location of points of access to and egress from the premises
  • if different from above, the escape routes from the premises
  • in a case where the premises is used for more than one existing licensable activity, the area within the premises used for each activity
  • in a case of the supply of alcohol, the area which is used for the consumption of alcohol
  • fixed structures (including furniture) which may restrict the use of exits or escape routes
  • in a case where the premises includes a stage, the location and height of each stage
  • in a case where the premises includes any steps, stairs, elevators or lifts, the location of each of these
  • public conveniences
  • the location and type of any fire safety and any other safety equipment
  • any kitchen
