You don't need a ticket for children under 1 year-old – tell us if your booking includes a child of this age.

If you have a ticket for a show that is postponed or cancelled, we will contact you – please do not contact us.
Where possible, when a show has to be postponed or cancelled we'll move it to a later date and transfer tickets automatically. If you can't attend the new date, we'll offer you a refund. If we cannot move a show to a new date, we'll issue refunds automatically and will let you know.
