Council housing services online – login accounts from 11 June

Our online services for viewing rent statements and bidding for council properties were updated on 11 June. You will need to create a new login account to access these services. To do this, go to council housing services online and select the 'create an account' button at the end of the page.

Your old account details have been deleted and your personal data remains secure.

Your personal information

We need to collect personal information about applicants to assess the need for social housing.

We keep the information you give us private using data protection principles found in the law. We use an organisation called Northgate public services (Northgate) to store your information. Access is on a strict 'need to know' basis.

The transfer of data between us and Northgate is carried out securely in line with our data security rules.
