Housing repairs and improvements

We must have access to properties to make surveys, inspections or repairs.

We will normally give you at least 24 hours' notice and will try to arrange a convenient time with you.

If you do not allow us to access the property you may be in breach of your tenancy agreement.

Tenants must report to us repairs or defects and let the work be carried out.
