Local Plan Technical Evidence
The Local Plan is informed by a wide range of evidence that helps to shape planning policies and guide future development across the Borough. This evidence has been prepared by the Council and specialist consultants and covers a broad range of topics, including housing, economy, transport, infrastructure, natural environment, heritage, climate change, flood management and sustainability.
To make it easier to find relevant information, the evidence has been organised by theme. These documents provide the technical studies, assessments and reports that support the preparation of the new Local Plan and help ensure that planning decisions are based on a robust and proportionate evidence base.
